Happy Father's Day

Hi All,
I have another Father's Day that will be going into my next box going to
Operation Write Home. I'm not completely happy with the way I laid the inks down, but hopefully some Dad won't mind that as long as he gets a card from his son or daughter who is away from home serving our country. I started with SU Chocolate Chip card stock and a SU stamp set titled Totally Tool. I repeatedly stamped the images all over white card stock and then I sponged Tea Dye and Peeled Paint Distress Inks all over the paper. The strip across the bottom of the card has "With Love" embossed into it. I used a Cuttlebug Embossing Border to accomplish that. The sentiment was computer generated and cut out with square Nestabilities. I have to leave my craft room now because it is very nice here and I want to get out in the garden for a little while. Hopfully I'll get to make a lot more cards tomorrow as it is suppose to rain again. Have a great day and thank you for taking a peek.

  1. This is a great masculine card with all those tools and perfect colors! I especially love the embossed horizontal panel! It's a great addition to the sentiment!!
