S & S Sketch Challenge # 82

Hello All,

Well it's kind of a dreary here today. It is suppose to rain on and off all day and then get downpours this evening. That just makes for a good crafting day YEA!!!

For todays challenge over at Stars and Stamps I started with SU's Basic Grey as my card base and embossed it with a Tim Holtz brick wall embossing folder. The designer paper is from SU also. My image is a stamp from a Gina K Designs stamp set titled Purr-fectly Delightful. This is an adorable set with an assortment of kitty related items as well as flowers, mice and cute sentiments. I colored the image with Copics and used a black Spica pen for the centers of the flowers. The sentiment if also from SU as are the three punches. I wish you all a nice day. Hope you all get some crafting itme in today. thank you for stopping by. See you tomorrow.

  1. I like that even though it's a floral image, the colors and textures you chose keep it kind of gender neutral, so that this card *could* be given to a man or a woman. Very nicely done!

  12. Hi Donna, your card is so pretty! Love all the details, especially how you sponged the corners and amped up the focal point even further by putting the sentiment at an angle! Gorgeous.
