Outlawz & ODBD

Good Sunday Evening. I really have no MoJo today because I've spend almost the entire day trying to rearrange my craft room to make more room. Short of knocking down a wall, nothing seems to work. You'd think I'd learn and stop buying, but I just can't. So many crafting goodies - so little time!!!

Anyway I want to say Thank You to OWH and ODBD. I was a winner for the first ever ODBD challenge over at Operation Write Home. YAY for me. So we have another ODBD challenge going on again this month. That challenge is to make a card with our focal point being a sentiment, not a picture. Over at The Outlawz CAS Challenge they challenged us to make a white card base with something popped upon dimensionals. I think this card qualifies for both. My sentiment is from Verses and I used the Swiss Dot Embossing folder and did some scoring alone the top and bottom of the card. Three little gold gems were my finishing touches. Thank you for stopping by today. See you again soon.

  2. I feel your pain about the stamp room...just never enough room and yes, I keep buying too...what is the world is wrong with us!!

This card is so classy. I had to click to enlarge and read that beautiful sentiment. Love how you framed it.

  3. WOW! This is so elegant looking and just stunning! Love how you did the outlining with the gold pen again - gotta get me one of those!
I know what you mean about the craft room. My little area is closing in on me so fast and I just hate to part with any of my goodies.

  8. Oh my gosh Donna!! I am so glad for you for winning! I have to grab just moments online on the weekends cause the hubby and son play online X-Box and I can't use the Internet! I love your card. After making so many kid cards I feel like I have been in cartoon land for a week and seeing your card makes me yearn for some grown up time! I especially like the scoring with the Swiss dots embossing - very elegant. Also I have to say I love your fur-babies. Such little sweeties. My husband and I have always wanted to have Yorkies, but we haven't (yet!). Don't worry about the Mojo, your cards always look great.
