Fresh Picked

Here I am with another card for my OWH box. It is a CAS type card, which is my favorite type of card to make. I embossed the black panel with the cuttlebug "heart" ef and the I just put together a flower and glued that on top of a Nestabilites Heart Circle Die. The sentiment is from Simply Stamped and I cut with out with a Ribbon Tag Nesti. The ribbon is from SU. Thank a bunch for stopping by. Hope to see you again soon.

  1. Crisp and lovely. The color scheme is beautiful and I love the embossing on the flowers- it adds so much to the overall design.

  2. WOW Donna! This card is gorgeous! That black background really makes the card pop. I would love to know how you made the flower. It is beautiful.

    Have a great Tuesday!

    1. Hi Ellen, I thank you so much for your very sweeet comments on my card. I wish I could say I made this flower, but actually it is just three diffrect sizes of Prima flowers that I'd have for about 5 years now. All the flowers in the pack had different shades of pink and polka dotted ones too. They were also already embossed. I just piled the three sizes on top of each other and added a brad for the center. I'm glad you liked it.

  3. Stunning! LOVE those colors and I NEED that circle heart nestie now! Beautiful flower and love how you did the sentiment. Great card for OWH or anyone!

  4. This is CAS and beautiful Donna! I love that heart circle nestie!

  5. I almost bought that heart circle die last week, but I resisted :) Now I'm thinking I should have bought it Hah! It looks so pretty with that big pink flower against the black background! I love a card with bold colors like this, and I know someone else will too! NJ!

  6. Hi Donna, Oh how I love this color combo! The flower is so pretty and tht heart circle die is on my wish list!! Such a pretty card.

  7. Very sweet and I LOVE the pop of green! I have a blog award for you: http://sparklewithin.blogspot.com/2012/01/liebster-award-passing-it-on.html!
