S & S Sketch #153

Good Sunday morning all.  This post is for the last Sketch Challenge of the year over at Stars & Stamps.   I picked a Cocoa Mouse image from SNSS  to work with today and I colored him with Copics.  He is cut out with SB Pinking Circle die and matted on a piece of Chocolate Chip paper.  The sentiment is from SU and the background paper is from my stash and I have no idea who is it by (sorry) but it matched the sponging I did with Tea Dye Distress Ink.    The horizontal strips are made with  EK Success Ric Rac Border Punch.  I'm hoping to be back later with another card.

Here was our sketch for this week.  I took some poetic license with the size of the square.

    There's my favorite little mousie - Cocoa! You colored him to perfection and his little face is lit up like a Christmas tree! :) Some youngster is going to get a kick out of receiving this adorable card in the mail! Well done!

    Great use of the sketch, Donna! I adore Cocoa mouse and it seems he's always good for a card that says "I Miss You." Love the simple design. I'm so busy playing catch up on my visits and I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever get round to every post. Happy New Year, my friend. :-D
