S & S Sketch Challenge #155

Hello everyone, Today is an posting a card I made for the S & S Sketch Challenge #155.

If you look at the sketch you will notice that it calls for an oval in the center of the card.  I chose to just emboss the oval without actually using an additional piece of paper.  When I tried to take my photo of it I noticed that you could not see it at all, so then I went back and drew a line around the inside of the embossed oval to help bring it out a bit.  The image is by Serendipty Stamps and I've had it for about 5 years now, but always forget to pull it out.  I'm glad I did today because it fits nicely into the oval shape.  The colored card stock is Elegant Eggplant by SU as is the sentiment. That will about do it for me today.  See you again soon and, as always, I very much appreciate your company.

  20. This is a real stunner, Donna, which I've pinned. I love the classic clean lines of it. It was be perfect for any occasion, especially a sympathy card. I think drawing the line around it was inspired - really makes it come together!

Thanks so much for joining my blog! I enjoyed coming here to return the flavor!!
