MWT - Seeing Stars

Seeing Stars is the theme over at OWH's Mid Week Throw Down  this week.  I dug out my Hero Arts stamps and a few other items and went to work.  Here is what I ended up with.
The paper is by Create Paper and the red is  SU! Real Red.  I used a SB star die and a Sizzix heart die. The little heats in the center of the stars are the negative pieces from a MS border punch.  My final touch was to add star brads by Recollections to the center of the hearts. They are glittered but I did a sweater test and a finger test and nothing came off at all.  I popped up the hearts with SU! deminsionals.     That will do it for me for now.  Thanks a bunch for taking the time to stop by.  See you all soon.

  3. Donna, this is great! I love that paper you stamped on and how sweet to use the heart remnants. I enlarged your card and saw the pretty glitter on those stars. That's a wonderful sentiment, too....very uplifting.

  6. Hi Donna, thanks for joining at my blog, and I'm your newest follower too. (we have good taste, huh, as we both love Lynn's work!). Loved your card, and I really liked that bkgrnd paper. Easier to see the design when I enlarged it, and your pink trims really enhanced this geometric design of the paper. Lovely card, and TFS. Hugs
