SOS #127

Hello - This card is about as simple as you can get.   This is for the challenge over at Shopping Our  Stash  this week.  They would like us to use something already on our desk.  Here is what I did.

Yesterday I cleaned my desk and the only thing on left on it was this little heart I had made for another card a while ago and it just didn't look right to me so I took it off and it has been sitting on my desk ( well actually it was glued to my lamp so I hope that counts)  for about 10 days now so Thank You SOS for giving me a reason to use it.  I just partially embossed a piece of white card stock with a Swiss Dot embossing folder and then added a piece of ribbon that I had left over from some other Christmas card and added my heart sentiment, which was made from a 2 part Creative Memories punch and the sentiment is by SU!.  I think that punch was the very first one I ever purchased.  I've used it so much it's a wonder it still works and I have never even had to sharpen it.  Well that's my story of my very CAS card for today.  Thanks so much for taking a minute to pop in. Your company is always welcome.
See you again soon.

  1. Beautiful CAS design, Donna! I could make twenty cards with what's on my messy desk - lol!

  2. Donna, this is so pretty and CAS. I love that you only embossed part of your card and divided it with that pretty ribbon. What a wonderful punch you have and it'll probably never need sharpening.

I made two cards today....hadn't really planned that...you know how those things just happen. I haven't uploaded them to by blog yet.

  9. Terrific use of a left over, Donna. I actually played in the SOS challenge, too, but I had a bit more on my desk. Lots of stuff, in fact. :-D
