You will notice that I colored the golf ball orange. I made this card last week and we still had snow in our yard, so I thought it would be a good idea if my little mousey friend here could at least see his ball in the snow. I have a girl friend that uses orange golf balls all year long, she says she just likes them better and it gives people something to talk about. LOL I used a paper that was in my stash and also Taken with Teal SU! card stock. The sentiment was cut out with a Cuttlebug Die. I'm hoping some golfer will get a kick out of this one. Thanks so much for stopping by, but I'd like to remind you to head on over to the HMFMC to see all the inspiration my teammates have to offer up this week. You will be very happy you did. We have gifts also which is an other great reason to play along with us this week.

This is a fabulous card Donna, I love your fun image - perfect for a masculine card and your teal card stock is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have much need for orange golf balls here, ones that float might be useful though!

What a great card for any golfer, Donna! Love your coloring and your dp choices. That "Love you" sentiment is terrific. :-D
ReplyDeleteHee hee! I love the thinking behind giving your mouse orange golf balls so he can find them in the... (you know what). This is a great masculine card. I'm noticing that the mice and masculine don't really go together as much as the Gruffies.
