This week the Addicted To Stamps & More's challenge is being sponsored by Deedee's Digis so I used a pre-colored image from Deedee. It's a very busy week for me so the pre-colored image came in very handy. cut both the image and the sentiment out with SB dies and sponged around both with SU! Bashful Blue ink. The background paper is from an older Scrapbook Calender. I'm so glad I kept these pages because they have some terrific papers and even some cute little image you can use on a card or a scrapbook page. I added a piece of red ribbon and three little pearl gems from Pizzazz APlenty to complete this holiday card. Once again I have to apologize for this somewhat blurry photo, taking pictures is just not my thing. Off to bring in some wood because we are expecting some snow over the weekend. Hope so - Hubby has been waiting for a good snow storm.
Fabulois Holiday card. The bg paper is really fun. Thanks for joining us at ATSM
ReplyDeleteLove the background paper and it's absolutely perfect with that image too! Very cute card Donna!
ReplyDeleteY'all stay warm up there and out of the snow. Send a little down here if you want - I'd love to see it.

Fabulous card Donna and lovely fun image. Hope you enjoy your snow xx
ReplyDeleteLOL! You're getting ready early. I do like the image and the background paper you've used. Thanks so much for playing along with ASM this week!
ReplyDeleteAnother fabulous card using DeeDee's image! I love that you are using paper from a calendar Carol! Yes, more snow for this weekend. The wet snow we got yesterday is melting pretty good today! I don't really want any snow, so if you can keep it in your neck of the woods. lol DS is supposed to come home this weekend, so I want the roads safe for him to travel on. Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteOops, Sorry Donna, I called you Carol by mistake! I saw in my email posts from you both and got confused, of course it doesn't take much for me to get confused! lol Not sure where you live, but I know Carol lives in PA like me, so thus the remark keeping the snow in her neck of the woods. lol But you can keep it too. lol Please forgive me for calling you by someone else's name-even though Carol is a fabulous person, you still want to be you! Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteThis is one fun & fab DeeDee's image and it makes such a cheerful & patriotic card. Love the background papers to set off our Mr. Eagle. Good save! Those pre-colored digis come in so handy, when time is short, don't they! And the card is just gorgeous. Good luck with the snow. Was just reading the headlines about it ....brrr. We're told to expect lower temps & rain. I'll take rain over the snow!! Stay warm. TFS & Hugs.
ReplyDeleteRegardless of where that dsp came from, it's just perfect for this patriotic image! I love that sponged sentiment panel ribbon slider too! Fun card!! Keep warm and keep the shovel handy too :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a great Independence Day card!! Love the image, too!
ReplyDeleteOur January started off very cold but we have had a mild couple of weeks now here in Iowa!!
