Easter Blessings

Good Tuesday Morning All.  I am sitting in my craft room looking out the window at the snow continuing to fall.  It is very pretty even though it has wreaked havoc in our little corner of the world.
So I wanted to let you know that Deedee Anderson has released three new sets in her store this week.  They are all fabulous.  If you get a minute it might be a good idea for you to hop on over there to check them out.  The card I'm sharing today is from the "Easter Lilies" set which has two beautiful pre-colored images and three sentiments.  I used both the sentiment and image from this one set.
I kept this card completely CAS to be able to keep the focus on this gorgeous vase of lilies.  I simply added some score lines and a very small strip of pattern paper.  The mat is Soft Sky from SU!. I really like a good image that allows you to make up a card in just five minutes, but it looks like it took you hours to make.  Well thanks for popping in for a visit and I wish you all a fun day.

  1. CAS and beautiful! Love the scoring on this too Donna! A great card.
Stay safe and warm in all that snow. Pretty soon you'll be seeing lilies like these popping up everywhere!

  3. Yes, it is time to start those Easter cards. That's such a pretty Easter lily and I like the scoring. The paper at the bottom added an elegant touch. At first glance, I thought it was a punched piece or die cut.

You'll have to take a look at my blog today. :-)

  4. This is beautiful Donna, such a pretty image and fabulous CAS design.
At least you are managing to do lots of crafting with all of the snow - everything has to have at least one up side

  6. You guys are really getting hit with the snow this year Donna! We keep getting it but only a few inches at a time, which isn't so bad. But the cold has been just as bad as you guys are having. That I can do without. Along with the high winds. lol Your card is gorgeous and I love the way you kept it CAS because it really does let the eye focus on that beautiful vase of Lilly's. Hugs, Brenda

  9. Stunning design, Donna! I love the absolute simplicity and the strip of dp you added at the bottom is perfect. Great idea to do the score lines. I have to remember to do that. I always love the way it looks and the texture it gives.
