Happy St. Patrick's Day

Happy Monday, hope you all had a nice weekend.  Our weekend was snowy and bitterly cold so we just stayed in and I crafted most of the time.  It continues to be bitterly cold today and will be for the next 5 days so I do see a lot of crafting in my near future.
I wanted to share this card I made for hubby for St. Patty's day.
This little cutie is from Di's Digi Stamps and I colored him with Copics. He is cut out with a SB rectangular die.  The background is SU! Very Vanilla paper and I stamped it with an older SU! background stamp.  I think this one is called "Weathered" and I very much like the look you get with it.  The mats are SU! Garden Green and that is about all there is to this one.  Wishing you are a warm, fuzzy day and thanks for taking the time for a visit.

  1. I have that same background stamp and always forget about it but love the look. Cute, cute card with the little St. Paddy on it too.
Good to see you haven't lost power after being buried in snow once again!

  2. Super cute card, Donna! I really like that background. I'll have to see if I have that one...and use it! :o)

  3. This is the cutest card, and I LOVE the weathered background! I hung onto that stamp too, and I'm going to have to pull it out and play with it again soon after seeing this sweet card! The hubs will love this one :)

  4. A fabulous card Donna, you have chosen such a sweet image and your stamped background is perfect.

  5. This card is adorable Donna! I love the way you have colored this cutie, love that background stamp too. Gives great texture to this card. Hugs, Brenda

  6. I love it, Donna!!! Of course, I love everything St. Paddy's since it's my birthday and I'm Irish. But this one is especially sweet. I love that background and wish I had that stamp.

  7. Donna, I can see that you have been in the craft room and your on fire, which is a good thing since it is so cold!

What a darling little bear for St Paddys Day. You did an amazing job coloring him up to, just beautiful. Stay warm. Hard to do with these sub zero temps and all this snow!!
