I guess I really felt like changing things up a bit because I used two different papers and two different embossing folders (hearts and dots). I liked it when I did it but I'm not so sure at the moment. The sentiment is from My Sentiments Exactly and I've had it for years. That's about it for me today. Have a crafty day and thank you so much for your visit.
Hello Donna. Such a lovely card. Love the combination of embossing folders, fab design too. Love the Owl and he looks perfect sitting there.
ReplyDeleteHappy crafting.

ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what it is you don't like about this, Donna. I think it's fabulous! Love the embossing, the dp and how you layered everything with mats. Adorable owl. :-D
ReplyDeleteDonna, Great job on your Owl... I need to use mine one of these day. The embossing is really nice, great sentiment and love the hearts.

It's gorgeous Donna. The EF combo worked beautifully together with this cute owl (I've got that punch, it's a NBUS!) Mr. owl made a darling Valentine card, and the pretty heart trim on the side is a bright accent to the focal image. Well done. (On the skating bear: I'd seen so many of the DT using this cute image, I wanted to use it soon. It's perfect for a January birthday! Had fun with the different 'stuff' I did on it...but hard to mess up with that cute digi). TFS, Happy Wkend, Hugs too.
ReplyDeleteThis is great! I like the hearts & dots!!
ReplyDeleteDarling. I still regret that day I sold this punch to a friend. I was going to declutter - should have decluttered something else. This is cute and I love the sentiments you used. Fun. Hugz
